27歲男健身房舉重 遭槓鈴壓頸沒呼吸心跳
舉重發生意外,今天早上7點50分, 台中市西屯區一家健身中心傳出意外,27歲的李姓男
子在臥推舉重時,疑似重量太重超出負荷,槓鈴從手中滑落壓到頸部下方約鎖骨位置,當
場沒有呼吸心跳,現場人員見狀趕緊上前拿開槓鈴並實施心肺復甦術,黎明消防分隊獲報
趕往現場,自動體外心臟去顫器(AED)顯示不建議電極,隊員林毅成持續實施CPR後將李
男送往林新醫院,急救後恢復呼吸心跳但仍未脫離險境。
《蘋果》前往發生意外的健身中心,櫃台人員指事發原因還在調查了解中,無法對外說明
,但健身中心人員私下透露,李男健身多年,今天是自主練習,沒有帶著教練,也沒有硬
性規定一定要有人陪同。至於李男今天舉的重量是70公斤。
消防隊指出,獲報抵達健身中心時,李男被人進行心肺復甦術,其頸部以下和鎖骨以上有
明顯類似瘀青的傷痕,現場人員告知「被槓鈴壓到」。
在其他健身中心擔任教練的王姓健身教練聽聞直呼「太危險!」他分析,一般人臥推重量
約在70到90公斤,專業人士可以超過100公斤,但他強調「除非是空槓,只要有上槓片,
都應該有人在前方幫忙握住槓鈴避免意外,尤其是重量稍微重一點的情況更應該有人確保
。」
悍龍健身房負責人魏銘佑指出,以80公斤男性來說,若完全沒經驗建議從20公斤開始臥推
,而且要有教練幫忙才不會受傷,初學者盡量不要使用自由槓鈴,若經過訓練則可以舉到
跟體重等比的槓鈴,若要進一步訓練肌力舉較重的槓片,發覺自己只能做三下以內,就應
